Traffic advisory: Coolidge Drive lane closure June 29–July 1

Beginning Monday, June 29, through Wednesday, July 1, 2026, a section of Coolidge Drive between High Street and Hagar Drive will be closed to northbound traffic from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. while Santa Cruz County crews complete road paving and repairs.

Northbound traffic should use the detour route of Empire Grade Road, Heller Drive, McLaughlin Drive, and Coolidge Drive. Northbound bicycle traffic can alternatively use the Cardiff Path at High Street/Cardiff Place to the Coolidge Drive/Ranch View Road intersection to access the Great Meadow Bike Path.

Southbound traffic will remain open.
