Flu season
Your best protection against the flu is to get a flu shot. Students can get a flu shot at the Student Health Center pharmacy or at a pharmacy downtown. Faculty and staff should get their flu shot from their private provider or at an off campus pharmacy.

Water line damaged; emergency conservation required
Storm damage to a pipeline has severely constrained water deliveries to the city of Santa Cruz, including the campus, and all residents are being asked to immediately reduce their water use by 30 percent.
