Stay connected with The Peel: Your mid-quarter update is here

The Division of Student Affairs and Success shares fall quarter updates in The Peel, a student newsletter.

Dear Slugs,

It’s November in Santa Cruz, and the evenings are arriving a little earlier. It’s a good season for meeting friends at a cafe for a warm drink, spotting banana slugs on trails between classes, and seeking out cozy corners of campus to study. Who needs ambiance videos when there are misty redwoods right outside your window?

In this edition of The Peel, we’re highlighting ways to connect with fellow Banana Slugs, from Slug Night Live and Winter Wonderland to the campus-wide Día de los Muertos Ceremonia. We’re also sharing information to help you participate in Tuesday’s election, including how to register (even on Election Day) and vote on campus.

You’ll find new mental health and wellness resources, plus more opportunities to celebrate with your college community.
